I shall be honest and say I’m not sure why you have a basket full of clocks that seem to be to commemorate the millennium. But that is what adds to the quirk of this place, I love it, never know what you may find!! When you do find the stuff you need or want, it is amazing prices, sorted all my car cleaning stuff there £1.29 for each type of cleaner and it’s decent, plus various other items. Keep it up.

This store is ok. The selection of products is very limited and the prices can be fairly high in comparison with other stores close by, specially pet related items.

The atmosphere of the store is a little daunting, I think it would be better for the store if they added some ambient music to soften the general feel of the store.

When I visited the store there was some completly empty shelves which gives a feel of lack of organization specially in a shop so small.

Lastly, I end up not buying anything, because the store didn't have nothing that interested me and believe me is very difficult for me to visit a store with pet products and don't buy anything. I would recomend lower the products price to at least match the competition nearby.

Purchased an item paid cash got the item home and it did not work as it stated so I returned to the store. Explained that the item don't work as it should to be told I can only have credit note or exchange. I questioned the fact that the then didn't work as stated so it should be classed as faulty and I should be entitled to my money back. But the cashier whom I presume was 'acting' manager stated the item isn't faulty it works to which I asked her to show me.... Low and behold it didn't work.. Still no refund offered.... I ended up purchasing somthing else that I don't need just to get the value of my money back and get out the store away from this idiotic situation. Will not be returning to the store and would advise anyone that if they are unfortunate enough to enter then be aware they will not be getting any refunds if there items are faulty or broken. I'd avoid just to save the hassle and loss in the future. Shame customer service is so disappointing would give 0 stars if possible

The store has a selection of different things ok I guess for the size of the store but my wife purchased 2 tubs of paint that were incorrect and paint needed was actually from Wickes, I had painted one feature wall in the Wickes blue already so needed the same paint for my sons room. I returned the 2 tubs of untouched paint to 365 Nuneaton and explained of my wife's mistake only to be told they won't honour a refund only exchange or credit note for the store..
Been a trades man and with most businesses offering refunds on unused products that are unfit for the job purpose I am not only aggravated by this but disappointed especially in this day and age with the cost of living been what it is..
I myself will not be purchasing anything else from this store and when asked by fellow tradesmen and other I will for sure warn about refund policy as I think it is wrong not to honor a refund especially when it was purchased by mistake by my wife who thought she was just helping me out...
For that reason I give 2 stars lucky it is not 1.

They have a wide range of things from house hold appliances to toiletries, pets items, and gardening items. But plants aren't very good though. Could say they have very competitive prices in many things.

Faulty electrical goods. The washing machine broke down within 9 days of purchase not acceptable. No refund unlawful conduct. Bad experience. Owners reply reflects the type of customer service you should expect from 365. I did in-fact register the warranty, had chosen refund as it is my right to do so under law. Consumer rights law. You did not ring the manufacturer for us that is a lie.

When you first go in the store it is very quiet and first impressions are mmm dunno. Walk around and you'll see various things of interest, two girls on tills very helpful and working hard, defo worth looking in

I come here a few times a week.
Staff are fab! Really friendly ladies and a nice friendly man.
I buy all my raw food for the dogs here and it’s more than reasonable.
They also do a reward card , which I forget to too up!
Nice big store. The garden section is handy.
I wished they had longer hours though as I have to drive past on the way back from the office if I can get there before 16:30 but I know that’s not the staff’s fault!
