I received the keg within the time frame given by 365, the service was amazing and the staff reassured me, after a company took payment and didn't deliver. I was extremely wary and concerned as the party is this Saturday, but 365 restored my faith, and I will definitely be ordering again!
The price for good for the keg and fair for the next day delivery cost.

Horrific company to deal with, mess up orders and lie about sending the rest of it out. I recalled the monies with my bank and they phone me crying. So we agreed I would let the bank know it’s good to release the money back to them and they promised to send the rest of my order.

Just as I expected they got the money and didn’t bother to send to the rest of my order. Total waste of time and dishonest. Avoid these guys… absolute thieves. Don’t even risk ordering, see my photograph for proof. I even waited weeks on end for them to complete their part of the bargain good job I didn’t hold my breath eh? Dishonest, Lying Thieves.

What a shower of sh!te company to deal with, beware, they send out a "full" order with bottles missing and on the next and final order send me a refund minus delivery charge as apparently Parcel Force tried to deliver twice to an address where there is always someone in and have neighbours. Their advisor, Panna Shah is equally as useless, DO NOT use this company and look at the other reviews, wish I had before I ordered!

Bought a Jeroboam of Jack Daniels, shipped and with me within two days and packaged up with up most care! Bubble wrapped and covered in inches of thick wrapping. Very impressed with the care taken and on time delivery.

I placed an order recently and received an incomplete order. Spent the whole weekend attempting to contact them to no avail as their lines were down so eventually had to physically attend their offices. Indirectly the lady in the office has told us it’s impossible the package was incomplete and that it was delivered to a neighbour lol my neighbour has collected way more expensive items on my behalf and we help eachother out with childcare so I highly doubt she would wanna take a few bottles and seal a box back up lol but yeah long story short my experience hasn’t been the greatest so far still waiting for a call back.

Brilliant Service, swift dispatch via Royal Mail tracked. Product really well packaged, fairly priced, too. It was a lovely surprise to find the handwritten thank you card and little gift bag with chocolate.

DPD damaged a delivery and were holding the parcel until they could source a new box. This was going to take up to two weeks. I contacted 365 and they immediately sent another delivery and requested DPD send the damaged one back to them. Excellent customer service.
