Orderd 2 items both at £264.02 each only got delivery of one with all the proof of one item delivered via XDP. The delivery driver gave me all info of 1 item delivery on his sheet and phone. Can not get my second item or my money back still in dispute to this day. Do not purchase anything from them thay are a complete scam of a company.

I purchased an item I’d seen advertised on T V, a Mini Security, they sent me the wrong item !!. I sent it back for a full refund, they sent a refund for the wrong item but not the £5.09 postage which I’d sent the item back. Through their inept unprofessional manner they won’t refund my postage saying it was in the terms and conditions, RUBBISH it was their fault in the first place !!!

Warehouse used by Scam Business for distribution of Chinese Raveno Dehumidifier (advertised as UK product ). Website is in Chinese and Contact number no reply. Told my return product to this address will be destroyed. This is similar to other comments.
