Really glad we chose to eat here on our first night in Tobermory. The food was delicious (especially the seabass) and the portion sizes were plenty big enough. Service was friendly and efficient. We had a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend.

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Care and Fresh Seafood

I had a wonderful experience at this small boutique restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the manager went out of his way to accommodate my dietary needs, which made the whole evening feel very special. The seafood was exceptionally fresh and beautifully prepared, with real care and understanding shown in every detail of my meal.

The restaurant itself is new, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated – creating a relaxed but stylish atmosphere. Service was warm, attentive, and personal without ever feeling rushed.

A real gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food and thoughtful service. I will definitely be returning!

Had the Cullen skink soup & lobster. Absolutely delicious soup & the lobster was so fresh , the garlic butter was just perfect. The owners dad catches the lobsters so it’s locally sourced & fresh. Best lobster I’ve had so far.

One of the best meals we had in a very long time. After we finished out meal we immediately booked a table for the next night!

Lovely cozy restaurant with outstanding food and excellent service. The seafood was so fresh and delicious! Apparently the owner is a fisherman and gathers the seafood himself every day. Great wines and a respectful section of Scotch whisky.

Be sure to make a booking. Many people were turned away as they had not planned ahead. The restaurant is small and cannot accommodate many walk ins.

We ate here after already enjoying a few other places in the town, and this was easily the worst. The service was friendly enough, but empty drinks weren’t collected and no bowl was provided for shellfish.

The steak and salmon we had were very average, and i would be surprised if the langoustines and scallops were fresh as they weren’t good.
