Fantastic customer care, professional advice and help without any sales pitch.
Mark is a very friendly knowledgeable guy with years of experience.
I have limited experience but left the Chandlery with a lot more knowledge.
It was busy in there but i wasnt rushed or hurried, I would now travel a long way to go back to this chandlery.
Prices were very competitive too.
I was recommended by quite a few fellow boaters that have been boating for over 28 years so that was enough of an endorsement.
I wlll be going back there again very soon.

I brought some ropes on tuesday, they needed splicing on the ends. They were very busy, I said I would collect them end of the week. I had a phone call tuesday afternoon saying they were ready to pick up. Great service as always and reasonably priced.

its a pute ripoff store, a person who works there seems very charming but says his boss does not allow him to give proper service.... they promesed a expres delivery qnd made me pay 50 pound for that... they assured a 2 day delivery... it took 2.5 weeks! and they refuse to give a refund! it has cost me about 300 extra to keep my boat out of the water waiting for a part that didnt even come! and as an excuse they blame the parcel company but refuse to refund me the delivery cost... also they are about 20% more expensive than their competition and if you post a bad revieuw on facebook they will block you!
ive been emailing and calling for serveral weeks and now i see no otjer option than leaving a bad revieuw!

I gave one star only because zero stars is not an option. They do not deserve a single star for robbing me blind. Their customer service is dog level doodoo, they scammed me for about 150 quid and refuse to properly settle the matter. Stay far away from these people unless you like paying for goods you’ll never see.

Hayley and Mark were fantastic helping me sort out a solution for my plumbing problem that I had when I replaced the mixer shower tap in my boat. Their experience and advice was much needed and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting out all the joints and connecting pipes that I needed. They have a huge stock of all things plumbing related as well as most other chandlery items that you could ever need. Will definitely be using them again.

Brilliant helpful place. Always happy to help. Normal opening hours not affected by covid19. You need a mask but again really helpful and go out their way to get what you need. Good prices and has a lot of stock for a relatively small place. Good parking. If you need to order anything too, just ask and they will get it in for you.
