This shop thinks it’s okay to overcharge and swear at children for asking how much something is. Absolutely disgusting when it’s next to a school and always filled with children with their parents

Used Beechwood Stores as a local collection point for a DHL delivery.
Big mistake.
Huge.
DHL suck and didn’t send me my collection code so the first time I tried to collect it, I had to leave it there. Not the store’s fault.
But when I got the code the next day I went back. When I was served the man couldn’t find my parcel (he hardly looked - 5 seconds max)
So he asked me to wait while he served the one customer behind me. And then another arrived, and another. A queue formed and he served all of them. Some even offered to let me be served but, on no, he wasn’t bothering to have another look.
I eventually reminded him that he’d shown me my parcel the day before and he reached under the till and brought it out.
I was going to buy some shopping too.
But I’ll never enter that “convenience” store again and recommend that you don’t too.

Always over charges so check change and the fat one sits on his phone why serving customers he needs to brush up on customer service skills and few packs going off twice I pointed them out they took them straight off but not my place to tell them they should check I don't get paid to do there job thanks hope I see some changes or take custome else where I will be taking my money else where as no changes have been made they rip people off

sometimes they can be rude but i post parcel took 5 days to collect my parcel bread is always stale Milk lasts a day at the most and they don't like giving you ur change and the shop always stinks

Keep over charging on items. Most of the time it's a penny or 2. Just recently it's closer to pounds. It's getting stupid
