Nice addition to the grocery availability on the islands, yes things are sometimes more expensive than the coop, but they may have them when the coop doesn't so it's a bit of a chance!
Bit disappointed that they've stopped delivering this year.

Following on from the response it seems like there's been a fair bit of bad luck and issues on their side and hopefully they can reinstate a delivery service in the coming years.

Like other reviewers, I think it's great to see another supermarket; the stock is good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Unlike the person who couldn't find the entrance, I thought that was very clear. However, getting out is a different thing entirely and if you try to be well behaved and avoid going the wrong way on the red arrows you will end up wandering around the industrial estate, so that needs work, I think.

Edit; new red arrows since my last visit, and now it's really clear how to get in AND out!

For someone who uses a mobility scooter, this store is a godsend. The coop access is impossible, so now I can shop so easily. Staff are super friendly and helpful and delivery is easy to organise. Highly recommended!

An excellent addition to the islands, great selection of essentials and luxuries. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. A great place to shop and definitely worth a visit! Wide selection of products, fresh and frozen. Really great shop! Really fab shop

Good alternative to the notoriously busy Co-op. Something's are quite expensive, your money isn't going to go as far as even in the small independent businesses on the mainland, but it is the scillies so to be expected! Good selection of most things Inc some local produce. Good frozen section Inc plant based BBQ stuff. Good service.
