I don't often go to this co-op as it is quite far out of my way, but went in on Sunday to grab some supplies. Couldn't find what I needed at first but a really kind woman called Tia was more than happy to help me! She went out of her way to show me exactly where the products were and spent some time chatting with me which really made my day. Truly a credit to the store and I plan to come back more often because of her! 10/10.

Normally okay but today there was so many boxes/cages out couldn't fit my pram down half the first isle so went to the shop next door

Very handy where it is, they stock pretty much most essential things and also their giant pancakes are amazing! They also have a Costa Coffee machine. Friendly staff. I don't know their names but the tall guy with glasses, a girl with dark hair and tattoos and another girl with dyed hair who complimented me on my metal shirt lol. They make you feel welcome.

Sells most things you need. Nice layout and polite staff. Just don't go around the morning school run, as nowhere to park thanks to scaffolding lorries parked across spaces, the double yellows and in the bus stop (stuffing their faces in the cafe)

most un-wheelchair friendly shop I've ever visited. cluttered Isles, food cages left in the middle of the shop, display stands placed awkwardly on corners which prevents more than one person getting down an Isle let alone a wheelchair user! spoken to staff many times about this issue but same thing every time. only ever see 1 person on the shop floor.. hence why shelves are empty & cages are left abandoned whilst the queue is ridiculous

Good shop and good staff, they just don't know how to put TWO people on the tills in the morning, Always one person on tills and a 7 meter line you have to wait in for 10mins ?
