Don’t come here if you want to drop big parcel bag. They won’t accept it as they said “they don’t get paid enough for this”. 🤡 they are not so helpful at all after seeing us carry big bag for Thrift+ . If you don’t think you would have enough space to be a drop off spot, then don’t do it.

EDIT TO REPLY TO THE OWNER RESPONSE BELOW SO OTHER CUSTOMERS KNOW THE UNFAIRNESS OF THIS SITUATION:

First of all, I think it’s normal for a customer to express the dissatisfaction when the service offered is not as expected. Please note that I wasn’t rude either.

To reply your response, the policy is only informed at the shop. We have carried 5 kg of bags from our flat to your shop to learn this. I have checked your listing on Evri website and there is no policy on limitation on your space. I don’t think it’s fair and I don’t think you care to empathise your customers. We were also moving out and don’t have much time to waste.

And you said the CO-OP on the Western road was only 5 minutes away by walking, that’s not true because it’s farther than that.

I hope you will be more professional by being more empathise and just simply provide a note on Evri website about the parcel you will only accepted to save both customers and your time.
