Very disappointed ordered on Deliveroo last night my order never arrived and I’ve tried to get a refund and it’s being refused as the place is saying they delivered it when they clearly haven’t and Deliveroo can’t do anything else as the place uses it’s own drivers so they’ve basically stollen my money I’ve tried calling so many times and got no answer
