I would be very wary of using the Post Office in this store. I was a frequent customer until I recently tried to deposit some cash and the staff member obviously tried to take money from me. I started to count out my cash in £100's and he said no don't do that just count it all and hand it over. I counted £300 and handed it over. He ran it through his counting machine and then also counted it by hand as well to double check and said '£300'. I then went to confirm with my card but had left it at Home so he said you can't make a deposit without a card and so I asked for my cash back. I then walked to my Car but wanted to double check the amount as I thought I had £320. Sure enough the amount was £320. I went back later to question him about it and saying maybe his machine didn't work properly as I wanted him to be aware that I had caught him in the act. I also returned to speak to the other owner who was friendly enough but didn't have much to say about it. Post Office staff are supposed to be trustworthy and diligent. This was not a mistake he double checked the amount twice by machine and hand and said £300 probably realising my mistake and an opportunity to pocket £20 for himself.

Well stocked and the chocolate was in the fridge as it's super hot, that really shows they care, because in other shops is just melting off the shelves ! The drinks were cold in the fridge too. I forgot to buy water, but I was reminded by the shop assistant( I think he might have been the owner)that I might want a drink with my chocolate. Great customer service

They didn't let me deposit money to my account even if it was working hours. The woman behind the counter told me she doesn't mind if I complain to Royal Mail.

My favourite local store. I hidden gem and lovely staff.

Fresh French sticks most mornings and various organic products and cereals. Also sell alcohol, have birthday cards, phone accessories, and frozen food. They stock all the essentials. At times they also have fresh fruit.

Lovely, friendly staff. A good selection of wines, drinks and snacks as well as fresh fruit, vegetables and dairy. Not always perfectly stocked but they do well for such a tiny shop!
