A thieves paradise. The staff do absolutely nothing about it. I asked about security and they said they have it…… from 3pm 😂😂😂

This constant theft just drives the prices up for normal paying customers like myself. Sort it out.

Been in many time for many years with my partner and get followed every time... We always pay for our stuff and we alse keep a receipt for everything.
I'm also disabled so doing that is vile.
Because I wear a tracksuites and so does my partner.....
Just because other people rob from you doesn't mean you paint people with the same brush.
Like today I was followed by two women staff member watching me put my shopping through.
I've never stolen so what your doing is making your staff look like idiots.
So make sure you stop judging because somebody is in a tracksuit. Idiots won't be using you guys again that's for sure.

This is a handy store, expensive but that's what you'd expect from a convenience store. However people need to know that the place closes at 10 on Mondays and Tuesdays (despite the window clearly stating 11pm closing) and has done so for at least two years. That the company actually "confirmed" the misleading hours on here recently makes me wonder how legit it is that this place regularly closes inconveniently early.

The most friendly store on st James's street, i go in to this store 3-4 times a week, the staff are always friendly & helpful which incl. The security guy who always says hello on entry. Keep up the good work guys & have a empty box for my next visit as i don't like carrier bags because my groceries (biscuits) get broken. Lol

I am a regular customer for several years up to 3 times a day and I have never met any team members that aren’t respectful or smiling. Today, in the evening I needed something so I had to ask someone working in there if they could help me. His name was Alex and his reaction to my question was extremely frustrating because he was very agressive and he did care at all. I would suggest to train the team members that aren’t engaged to their responsibilities or aren’t qualified for working with customers. I am completely pleased with everyone else but specifically in his case I was unsatisfied because the shop was completely empty and his lack of interest is completely inappropriate.

This is a nice, popular little store, with friendly, helpful staff. Prices are a bit high for groceries, but it’s a ‘convenience’ store, so please don’t expect supermarket prices. However, as with most coop’s wine and particularly spirits are very competitive.
