This convenience shop is absolutely amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I didn't know how to work the Evri postal QR code. The gentleman was super helpful and came out to help through the whole process. The store is clean and organized, and they’re open late, which is so convenient for my schedule. Definitely my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

The rudest woman I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Stood outside chatting with her mate when I went into the shop to return my parcel. When she did eventually come inside to serve me she was clearly miffed that she’d had to. Did everything she could to avoid taking my return parcel including trying to mislead me. She even point blank refused to accept it and told me to get out of the shop! I asked for her name - told me “Katie” and said she owned the shop. If she is the owner of the shop it’s no wonder it was empty! Will be reporting to Evri customer service.

If I could give minus stars they would get them all. Worst run business in the whole of the uk. Many a time I have attempted to visit this little shop and many a time it has been CLOSED despite saying online AND ON THE DOOR that it is open. On the odd occasion when you do make it inside it is gloomy, cramped and dank. This shop is what every shop should not be. In my opinion it would be better run by a Pakistani immigrant. I remember back when I was in my youth it was a well established business. Now of recent times it has gone severely downhill and this is no longer the case. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who would like decent service and the shop to actually be open. However if you would like shocking service, love the feel of dungeons and like the suspense of knowing whether it is open or not it is the place for you. Would only recommend to my worst enemy.

Telephoned this morning to see if they were open as I had travelled to Hunmanby especially yesterday at 3.40 and they were closed.
I explained that I had been the day before to pick up a parcel.
I arrive on my bike to be told that the scanner wasn't working so could not have my parcel. It had been down all morning apparently.
No apology, no mention of what I could do and very unhelpful.
Also threatened to send my parcel back as I was leaving..
Awful customer service.
I won't be using it

So glad that it has been taken over and shall be using it again. x

If I could leave a zero score I would. Extremely rude woman behind the counter. Sat on laptop. Very unhelpful when Hermes label failed to print after payment taken. Told me I would have to sort it myself.i asked for Hermes number...no apology just no i don't have it and clearly couldn't be bothered even trying to find it. When asked her name also refused to give it. Won't be returning to this shop and advise others to avoid. Rude unhelpful staff member. Reported them to myhermes who were very helpful and said it's not the kind of behaviour they expect and would pass complaint about this store to customer care.
