I looove shopping in ASDA! There is a great selection of everything! Food, clothes, baby clothes, home decor, gift products, alcoholic beverages, medications, gift cards, kitchen supplies, garden equipment…
You can pay both cash and card and even though it might seem busy when approaching cash desk it actually goes very fast when checking out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always products on discount.

Very helpful and pleasant staff despite the pressure they are under
because it is almost always busy.
A good range of products at very reasonable prices. One of Hounslow Central's few assets imo as so many stores have closed their doors, as did the High Street Post Office last month.

The shop itself offers a great variety of items which is great. Only placed 2 stars as one of the staff who deals with queue in parking validation was not particulary helpful. Parked for about 5-6 hours in the underground parking as visited someone nearby. One of the staff was having an argument with another customer as was queueing for having their receipt validated too but he walked away as told by the customer I will report you to management for not providing a proper service. I showed my shopping receipt to the same person thinking he might be different but he gave me the impression I was lying about my receipt that it was not on the same day. When he looked at it he suddenly said' You'll only get 2 hours free, just pay for it." I know it's only £3 but it is a service being provided by the centre and ASDA. Hope the staff does not just go away with being like that to customers, it is unprofessional.

Great place. It's located near the gym I go to, so as soon as I leave, I walk into Asda and buy supplements, protein bars and lots of healthy food: fruit, vegetables, etc. Even at peak times I don't wait long in line, the staff are very courteous and professional. When I need them they always know how to help me best, the underground parking is excellent.

Useful place to shop for groceries and general household items. Lots of range.
Thank God there is underground parking 🅿️ which is free for 2️⃣ if you spend £10 or more. Gets busy during rush hours and it's quite tight spot!
Make sure you validate your ticket 🎫 at the machine prior to exit!

I absolutely hate coming here and dread it every time.
Feels like walking into a market in Mumbai except everything is Dubai prices.
It's always dirty, always busy, queues that go on for miles.
Zero customer service, staff seem utterly void of any life and look like they'd rather be somewhere else rather than help you with anything.
Desperately needs to be improved but this is Hounslow so nothing will change.
