This is the second time I've came to the store,the lady on the till was very disrespectful I felt some type of racial tension she spoke about me in her language with her Co worker then once I confronted the worker she called a manger which was so disrespectful. They are not diverse very racially aggressive..

I spent around £450 buying dried fruits, dairy, yogurt, and other fresh products like burgers and sausages.
After consuming some of the fresh product on day one, all my family members became sick, got upset tummy, and within 24 hours vomited twice.
We were curious to find out why all members of our family got sick all in one day. We noticed that we got sick after we all consumed fresh products of Vitaplus UK Ltd. We checked the product label and expiry date of the product and noticed that the product expiry was good but the product had rotten.

We checked all other products, dried fruits, walnuts and noticed that the dates were expired two months ago. I contacted Vitaplus UK Ltd (Cash & Carry) and told about the expiry dates and rotten products. They asked me to call two day later to speak with the boss. After two day, I contacted Vitaplus UK Ltd again to speak with Vitaplus UK Ltd boss and to report the incident and tell them about their expired and rotten products. The boss started arguing WHY I did not return the products on the day. I told him that his staff told me to call two days later. He argued the products labels were not correct, however the products were fine. He refused to accept return.
I was quite furious after his low behavior and unethical business conduct. I reported this business to authorities and they are busy to carry an inspection at Vitaplus UK Ltd (Cash & Carry).
Vitaplus UK Ltd (Cash & Carry) must be closed and seize trade due to unethical business and breaching UK consumer acts.

BEWARE folks! PRODUCTS ARE EXPIRED AND EVEN MAKE YOU SICK after consuming it.
We bought dried fruits and fresh products, but when home noticed that the dried fruits dates expired and fresh products gone off. I called the business and report that, but they did not accept returns and REFUSED to refund.
Desperation, unethical business practices, misconduct, No standards and ethics are quite LOW.
I spoke with the owner, but he sounded quite low standard and desperate business who scam people out of pocket.

I have decided to refer this business to the authorities for inspection and business misconduct.

I notice that the owner/staff of this business is writing fake 5 star reviews for their own business which is itself unethical and breaching consumer law.
The below response and claim of the owner of the business is completely false and distorted.
