I attended my ‘gait analysis’ appointment on Friday afternoon. The man who served me was so rude it was unbelievable. He declined do the gait analysis, acted like I was a real inconvenience and demonstrated poor knowledge of running trainers. I would advise you do not go there for this service.

I was in the store on Tuesday & I was looking at some fleeces, there seemed to be one member of staff an older man with glasses, stood on his phone whilst the rest of the staff looked busy doing other jobs. I spoke to my friend and asked if they had any bigger sizes, the man looked directly at us and continued to ignore us and stay on his phone, he did not greet us, I don’t even think he acknowledged us. Wont be returning.

Shop had nice lay out but not as large as some stores so less stock to choose from. I wanted advice on an item but couldn't find anybody to talk to, when I went to the till with another item I attempted to chat to the lady but she was obviously preoccupied or not in the mood to converse. she then had trouble with the till processing my sale, so after waiting for almost 10 minutes I left without the purchase.

I just been to the shop in Leicester to exchange a pair of trainers because they feel a bit small, have to highlight the great service I had from Anthony, he did everything to make sure I was getting the right size and making sure my trainers feel comfortable, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We came all the way from Birmingham so very happy.

Walked around and not one member of staff asked if we needed help or if we were looking for something specific. We were after a decent coat for winter for my wife. Bought direct from Regatta online in the end. Cheers for the awesome customer service!!

Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received. The guy who helped me buy some boots was so helpful and knowledgeable and my feet were measured and boots checked at Every angle to ensure a perfect fit. I would recommend 100%
