I have bought 3 Belstaff gilets since November totalling £800 with this company . One of them was a Xmas present , it arrived , I wrapped it up it was opened in Boxing Day but not put in until the Friday after , where it was discovered it had a 2 small neat cuts in the fabric . It was returned with a request to either swop it please or fix it . It was sent back with a letter refusing to do either despite having a good returns policy and a commitment to exchange . The attached letter says it can’t be proven we hadn’t done it …. I am very unhappy about this as you can imagine . The cost of the item was £295. I have taken it to a seamstress who can’t fix it due to the complexity of it .
It’s clear it has been actually cut with a sharp blade , this has not happened when it was with us .

Great Ralph Lauren suede sandals, best price on web. Well packaged and delivered swiftly. I ordered 2 pairs in different sizes to try. Easy return for the pair that were too big. I would recommend this company for designer clothing/shoes at very reasonable prices!

Very pleased with your service especially with the exchange for a different size. I bought this jacket in june but have only been wearing it for the last month. The stitching on the brand name has started to come apart which has really disappointed me. Due to the light use i haven’t even washed it yet and feel very wary to do so. I will enclose pictures for you.

Always easy to deal with,service is usually quick and the goods are fine. It would be nice to have a size guide to refer to rather than just L,M,S XXL, etc and more description of the goods and care advice

Amazing customer service. The only company who you can call and ask them the actual measurements of a piece of clothing and they go and measure it in real time. This saves so much time and stress of having to send the item back and wait for a refund. Simply perfection!! -- Great staff. They answer the phone. Just amazing!

I've been buying from Mainline for years. They have plenty of good clothing to choose from. I always find something I want. If it doesn't fit then returns are easy. Royal Mail even collects from your home now.

Top drawer website offering great designer clothing with many sale offers. If you have to return anything ,just post back and refunds etc always dealt with quickly. Cannot recommend Mainline highly enough ,excellent. I personally don't shop anywhere else now,even designer boxer underwear. Brilliant 👏
