Lovely little shop. Owners are brilliant very helpful and knowledgeable. We came in for socks but left with a new pair of boots and a much needed rucksack. Never feel rushed or compelled to buy. We call everytime we come to Filey

Last week I was on Holiday in Scarborough and was looking for some walking shoes. 3 local people recommended this Shop for outstanding customer service, so l drove over to Filey.
I explained to the Owner that l needed shoes that would be mainly for city walking. He was so helpful, without putting any pressure on me to purchase anything, and was able to show me a variety of differently priced shoes.
The shoes I chose (Grisport ) were immediately comfortable and I am so enjoying my city walking!

We called to the shop last week looking for a breathable walking coat. I was very pleased with my purchase and the information and knowledge I received helped me to choose the best coat for my requirements. Whilst there we also tried on some quality walking shoes which fitted like a glove. Thank you for taking the time to explain the products to us.
