There is a assistant , small indian man who always get my parcels mixed up or says that they haven't arrived. He is very rude about it telling me he carnt understand me and l am put off now about using this shop for any of my parcels

DPD delivery dropped my item off here instead of waiting for me to open my front door. When I went to collect it, they couldn't find it, but that didn't stop the guy, who looked like he didn't know what day of the week it was, from offering me a choice of any of the parcels they did have!

It looks well stocked though. A bit run down too.
