“I’m very disappointed with the service I received. Despite claiming everything was fine, they failed to inform me that the spark plugs were due for replacement, didn’t change the air filter, and didn’t even top up the coolant, stating it wasn’t necessary. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially after assuring me everything was good following the MOT. When I tried to raise these issues, no one seemed concerned or willing to address them. This experience has left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to quality.”

I'm really disappointed with their service team department... I have had ongoing issues since April after they've changed the cam belt... since then, they've replaced so many parts that were ok before taking the car to them. The last issue that I had was with the gear box, which they forgot to fit it back properly. Thanks to the AA team, I have been able to drop off the car to the Huntingdon branch, and they've managed to get me a courtesy car on a Saturday afternoon. Hopefully, they will fix the car properly this time.
I don't recommend to service your car here, avoid at all cost!

Can't thank Jack and Hannah enough for the manner in which they both handed over my new Tiguan hybrid. Both made the process straightforward and easy to understand especially when it came to paying the money! Jack was really thorough when explaining the multitude of systems, apps and controls the car is blessed with. Looking forward to driving the car especially as it appears to be doing 168 mpg. Impressive on all counts - car, Jack and Hannah, dealership!
