Amazing service! Darcy really made me feel welcomed and at ease when deciding what to have for dinner
She was very welcoming and sang happy birthday to my daughter as we walked in! She then was amazing at making my daughter's day special by giving stickers and gave time by colouring with my daughter and son! She was quick on service and she's very smiling!
Darcy is bubbly and it helps make the atmosphere even more fun and it helped my children feel confident and that they could ask for what they wanted without being shy!

Just had my daughters first birthday she loved every minute of it. Darcie was so helpful from the get go and was always happy to help with anything I wanted. She helped me put decorations back in the car.. couldn’t of asked for a better party venue and staff thank you

My boy loves it here (he’s 11 months) and its good for most ages i’d say! Darcie is lovely and always so accommodating and friendly with whatever you need whilst there. Would recommend to anyone with young babies/toddlers

What a lovely place for the little ones to play in. Cafe us great. Darcie has made our play day here so special. She's so friendly and fun, nothing too much trouble. We loved it that much we bought play passes. Yous have a hidden gem working for yous. ❤️

Always take my little one to wacky warehouse it caters for a wide range of ages and the staff member Darcie always goes out of her way to make us feel extremely happy with the service and experience. She really takes the time and effort to make sure you and your little ones have the best time. Would recommend! X

Went to Hartford Mill Wacky Warehouse today with my granddaughter. She had a wonderful time and I was quite happy sitting with a lovely cup of coffee and a delicious slice of lemon drizzle cake.
The morning passed very quickly and it was soon lunch time. We shared macaroni cheese, which was piping hot, with salad and garlic bread on the side.
I would like to say a special thank you to Darcie as she greeted us with a smile and was very attentive to us and everyone else there, all of the time.

We attended the New Year’s Eve party at wacky warehouse last night. We had so much fun !!! Dancing games , prizes , soft play , dinner and dessert. Not only was this great value for money but was such a lovely experience. Staff were fantastic and Darcy made sure that everyone was happy and enjoying their evening. Thank you for a great evening!

Come every Thursday with my little girl and always recieve a warm welcome. Darcy is a credit to you're team, nothing is too much effort and she's very friendly. Would highly recommend to someone with a toddler that needs constant entertaining !
