We regularly visited this shop, but today we had a bad experience. One of the workers noticed that we speak Russian and she told us that she "does not like Russians" and other things. She happened to be a Ukranian. Quite an unpleasant experience. I have no desire to visit them again.

Thank you for your reply. Of course this is understandable. No problem. The constradiction is her English is very good for an refugee but at the same time an educated person would never publicly display such a primitive hostile nationalism. It may well happen her real purpose is to identify Russians who support Ukraine.

Lovely fresh meat, cured sausages, ham, cheese from the counter.
Lots of choice for pates, yoghurts, fresh bread. I'm a regular.

Loved buying the bag of Croco mixed crackers and pretzels here. Went in to get some before Christmas but unfortunately were out of stock. Decided to try the pizza flavoured crackers instead so as not to be rude and walk out with not purchasing. Wish I had after the rude service I received. Would be nice if they could make an effort to be nicer to English people not just their own kind!! Shame to have a newish business in town that doesn't want to fit in. 😔😔

The Nectar shop is great value and all the bread,cheese and meat's are really top quality. The staff are really good and are prepared to let you try and use some Polish they're all very happy and happy to help

Probably the best shop in Huntingdon. The bread is baked several times a day so you'll always get a fresh, crusty loaf. I always go here for bread now. The fresh veg (especially spring onions with all the greens still on), the sausages and smoked meats and fish are great. The pâté (pasztetowa) is brilliant.

There is a good variety at this place. Very nice meat counter with yummy products. Also, fresh vegetables and fruits. Staff is nice and friendly.
