You can walk in the front of the store in Furtherwick Road but due to problems with shoplifters all the tills at the front of the shop have locked gates and customers have to exit into the car park and walk round the block. I have sympathy with Iceland over shoplifting losses bit this isn't good enough and is particularly bad for the disabled and older people with walking problems. Get your act together Iceland and find a solution that doesn't inconvenience those of us who are happy to pay for our shopping. It also makes it impossible to exit quickly into Furtherwick Road if there is a fire in the shop.

Absolute joke of a company, made an online order and because they had to replace some items I've ended up with 50 kit kats around 100 packs of crisp 3 packs of Yorkshire puds Absolutely no fridge items I ordered and no matter how much you try call never answer the phone. I fully advise not using this service I never will be again

Good choice of produce, but only one cashier on the tills, which was crazy especially on a Tuesday when they have their over 60s discount offer on........ just found out that as a result of having to queue for just over 20 minutes I've received a parking fine and £60 out of pocket, as I was 11 minutes over the free hour. Not pleased at all.

No one on tils. Closed furtherwick side. Shutters closed on a Tuesday at 3pm!! Once you’re in you can’t get out. Left basket and shopped in Sainsburys.

When first using the app was great. But now every time I go to book a delivery it tells me there's no available dates I've not been able to book one for a week now and Im disabled really struggle with walking so to do shopping online helps me but now I can't do that
