Served this morning by Saagar at 12:12. worst customer service, it seemed like she didn't want to be there, no welcome or Thank you, or asked if i have a co-op card. After spending 68 pounds, a smile would be nice, and a thank you wouldn't hurt. She needs to not just be nice to regular customers but every customer. It's called great customer service, not pick and choose What customers. Pound Hill used to be my regular shop but from now on i will go somewhere else.

Store stocks the main essentials but is very small and quite often there is a queue, for more choice and self scan to speed up the process then go to Langley Green.

Most staff pleasant just the odd one who doesn’t want to be there, or to busy checking delivero orders than service customers.

Giving this five star review because I've always liked coming to this store but more so because today I've witness a gentleman at the store, working at the till alone. Deputy Manager extremely helpful when our son who is deaf got lost in the area. A very kind telephone call and re assurance that he was ok and he would keep an eye on him until his mum arrived. Thank you so much

Staff in this store are very nice and friendly accept for one member of staff that is consistently rude. Good food, slightly over priced. I have noticed the fruit has been close to the sell by date on occasion.
