Good shop with a good selection of products for size.
I have a co-op membership card but now refuse to use it. MEMBER ONLY PRICES on stuff like milk, bread and baby food sucks. PLEASE STOP with this rubbish. You claim to be a community shop but want to charge so called non members more for basic products which is pathetic.

Overpriced and poor variety of selections. Doesn't stock tinned cat food. Only one expensive name branded type of cat litter. No deep pan pizzas of any kind. Bread usually stale. Has a habbit of leaving fridge and freezer goods in cages in the isles for long periods of time before placing in the cold shelves.
EDIT: does now stock a few tins of stores own brand cat food, which is not great, but will do in a pinch when your little meowler eats all their food before the new order arrives and is having empty bowl woes.

Good size shop with a great selection but staff is not very helpful and moody very often. Unfortunately, sometimes some shelves are almost empty as there is nobody to unload and unpack. There is always a queue and only one person at the till despite plenty of staff in but most of them at the back or smoking in the front of the shop. Plenty of parking spaces.

Generally speaking - The best service, I have received in a very very long time. I used the Post Office today and the lovely guy who served me was, pleasant, understanding, informative and patient. In fact everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with in this co-op have been lovely. Thank you for making my day. keep up the good work.

Crossed the border into this quaint village for a few essentials. Couldn’t find my normal White Lightning cider or Frosty Jacks. The cashier hadn’t heard of Fray Bentos chicken pies either. Ended up with a bag of quinoa and some avocado salad 🤷🏻‍♂️. Very strange experience. The supervisor spoke like Prince William and made me tie my dog up outside

They recently had a big refurbishment and upgraded their self checkouts, extended their bakery and added warm food too

I’m a local and I usually shop every 3 days at the co-op, I even have a membership card, but today I had a very horrible experience . I was with my little one and when I got to the till he almost jumped out of the buggy and started dragging everything out of the shelves while I was paying I dropped everything on the floor, and the two people on the tills and the queue just watched the show, no one helped me and no one asked me if I’m okay. Very disappointed I think I’m not going there again for shopping...
And also I think they notice I had no British accent and that’s why...
