They have so many things in this shop that I want and quite a lot of Christmas decorations, wrappings, boxes and other trinkets. The pet section is very good they even have gifts for your pets. They have a large selection for the kitchen and bedroom, DIY bits, clothes etc. it's a great shop with very reasonable prices.

Love this shop! Everything you need and very reasonable if not cheaper prices. From furniture, food items, toys, clothes, pet supplies, garden bits and much needed items for the home to faux flowers, rugs, books etc. Small car park outside and multi-storey next to it! At the end of the high street in Aylesbury.

Friendly store, its easy to walk around, there was one particularly till person who is great at costumer services and very helpful, this till person wrapped glass up very well. There are many quality products here at very reasonable rates or fact is cheaper price than other places which encourages you to return to this store. The Xmas selections is superb and full of spirits.

I visit Aylesbury rarely as I live 30 mins away and when I do I endeavour to pop into QD as they have a good selection of items under one roof. I have birds and a fish pond so can get a selection of food for them in addition to repair tools, storage and cleaning supplies for the car and around the home. I also wish to especially thank you George (poor thing being hit by ice cold wind when the door opens) for your warmth and helpfulness in ensuring the christmas tree lights work without being sulky about it. You remained cheerful with your customers. Made the shopping experience a positive one. There is parking nearby.

I've been coming here for many years but alas no longer. The manager displays an alarming ignorance of The Consumer Rights Act 2015. When an item is faulty a refund MUST be offered. It's that simple. The manager only offered me a credit note. Then, despite me showing him the obvious fault, he claimed it was not faulty. It was only when I got my phone out to video the unnecessarily escalating, stressful event AND the fault with the item, that he did a swift u-turn and complied with my consumer rights. However, not before he accused me of "begging" for a refund. I naturally corrected him. Insisting is NOT begging.
If I hadn't had my phone with me I'd probably still be there now. Ah well, there's plenty of other shops in town. Ciao.
