I always come here to pick up my parcels and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Very bad customer service and awful woman who works there makes you feel like your disturbing her otherwise very important sitting on a chair. Eye rolls when a customer walks in, ignores you when your speaking to her. Doesn't acknowledge you. I would go somewhere else if there was a nearer place with these opening hours. I enter nervous and exit angry. Not a good experience and it's not a 'one off'

I’ve been going in atleast once a day for the past few years, all staff are absolutely lovely and they have a good laugh when i say “morning” at 6pm. Very respectful and really good customer service. Thank you very much!

Supercigs should now be renamed "Superrip" Today my good lady went to charge our gas card here, after that we did some shopping and went home, only to discover the card had not been charged and the receipt they had handed her was for a £10 Virgin Mobile voucher. We then walked back to the shop and they told her that they can not remember any of this. My good lady and in fact all our house hold are on 3 Mobile contracts, so I can not see why she would have asked for a Virgin Mobile voucher instead of a gas top up. I am disabled and we have a child but sadly no heating.
Their attitude was un-believable. They just look as if they were saying, "you are lying and you can do nothing about it!"
Now I have to decide what to do next. One thing I will not be doing is using "Supercigs in Bishop Auckland" ever again.
