Absolutely terrible.
Spent £1500 on a ‘secure’ tool chest. It arrived damaged.
It had obviously fallen over at some point in the journey. But they refused to take responsibility for it.
‘Customer service’ said the driver isn’t admitting to causing the damage, so there’s nothing they can do.
Disgraceful!
I have CCTV showing it being taken off the truck, and on to our loading dock. So the damage must have occurred on the truck, or prior to loading.
