I delivered a parcel here for Evri and the owner denied recieving it despite the customer has photo evidence.

Lady is nice but the man is very unpleasant and rude. Shouted at my mom because yodel said a parcel he wrongly scanned twice and another parcel were still there and she asked about it. Yodel and myselves have proof the parcel is still there. Disgusting service.

The staff are so busy talking there own language between that they don't serve the customers. It says it opens at 8 at weekend's but it seems they open whenever they feel like it. I have gone by at 10.30am before & they are not open. Doesn't the owner want customers then or what. Very rude owner & very very expensive. I'm giving no stars out of 5.

I don't think Ive ever bought anything in thks store, so can't vouch for that service.

I've only ever used the yodel drop of point. If I am served by the lady (Julie?) service is always with a smile and she is brilliant at her job.

If however if it's the man I have never met a more miserable and surly individual working in a retail environment.

Having managed over a 100 retail outlets in a previous career, if this individual had been working for me, he would have been sacked.

An example on Monday 6th Nov I took a parcel in to have the label printed and sent.

He printed the label off and scanned it and affixed to my parcel. I then pointed out that half the address was missing (he should have noticed this). I took my phone out to write in the address manually, and he preceeded to rip the label off and told me (rather curtly) to return tomorrow.

When I returned Tues 7th the lady advised when scanned that it was showing as 'already collected'.

So the chap, not only unsmiling and miserable, but clearly has no idea what he's doing either. 😞

I shall be using Evri in future that collects from the Coop.

Handy local shop but not very convenient when The opening hours state they open at 7am on Sunday yet I've been 3 times this morning and at 9.30 it was still shut. Seems to be becoming a habit every Sunday lately.
