I have read the reviews before making a purchase on Britdeals. I have also thoroughly checked what they offer and what their terms and conditions are. I decided to purchase two pallets for about 1.4k using their first order discount, which is up to 50%, and is very convenient.

The pallets arrived quick, within 2-3 days. Tracking was provided, so it was very comfortable to see where your order is, and if you can go outside without worrying that your order is going to arrive whilst you are not there.

The contents of the pallets were as described. No items missing, no extra. Everything was well packed. No issues there.

I have only bought the 'Open Box' / 'Inspected Customer returns' condition items (the same thing, they just changed the naming of the condition recently.) Which condition is basically as they state on their website 'Brand New Tier 1 with a minimum of 90% giftable condition unless otherwise stated in the manifest.' That was exactly the case with my items.

There was only one item what wasn't working. Basically the Hoover was charging, but never started to do its thing when turned on, whether with the charging cable, or without, despite the fact that the light was on. Probably was something wrong with the battery. So when someone was checking the item, they saw that the light was on, and thought that it would work, so they didn't try to turn it on. As my dedicated sales manager Tony explained, that their vendors are the ones that are doing the checking/testing, and Britdeals are just working on selling the items. So whatever their vendors claim the items condition is, is what they state on their website about it also.
Tony refunded me the amount for the Hoover, as the condition of the item wasn't as described on their website. The amount is credited on their website, and can only be used for further purchased on Britdeals, which is fair enough.

I was selling on Ebay and Facebook, and managed to get a reasonable and timeworthy profit. Could've done even more if just were more patient with it, but was satisfied with the end result. I still have some items left to sell. I have kept some items my self, and have made a good enough profit. So overall, i can say that it was worth it. However, that is only considering the first order discount, which was 40% in my case. If you would buy it straight for the price that they offer, it would be much more difficult to make a decent profit for the time you will spend on checking, testing, listing, packing and selling the items, because if you will want to make better profit, you'd have to wait longer due to the competition you will inevitably face online, unless you will only sell local, and people don't know how to use Ebay.
However, they have an option to negotiate the price on pretty much every palltet that they have (unless it already has a massive discount), so if you would calculate your self the maximum that you can pay for the pallet, you can offer that price to them, and they will come back to you with a response. You can also call them to discuss everything. In my experience, Tony, the sales manager that I was appointed with, was helpful friendly, and informative. I believe they are all like that, judging by the other reviews that I have read regarding their staff. So they are willing to negotiate, if the price for the pallet seems too high for you.
Though I hadn't had a chance to negotiate yet, but I will certaintly do, as I can see potential to grow your business with them. I wouldn't buy the full price pallets, i'm pretty sure they are always willing to drop the price down even for a little bit, but how far they will go is up to you to find out.

The website is phenomenal in its simplicity. It is extremely user friendly (comparing with other websites), and it makes your life much easier.

Note though, they have some 'intentional or unintentional' mistakes with their pricing sometimes, when for example a simple flash drive of 16gb cost 5 pound, their website states it cost 108 pounds, but if you will be careful, you will always notice something like that.
