These guys are the hub of Glastonbury for supporting local organic and sprayfree growers of fresh vegetables, fruits and other fringe items. They stock a big range of Riverford Organic produce delivered fresh from Devon. They've got the pantry sorted with everything you need from breakfast cereals, coffee, vegan milks, cows milk, chocolate to crisps, cheeses to Sauerkraut. We bought the vegetarian sausage rolls which were great. They have another savoury selection in the display fridge but don't warm them up for you - I tried eating the Potato cakes and they weren't good cold. I took them home and heated them up and were way better. They gave a deal going where you can buy 3 for 5 pounds which was pretty good value. The takeaway coffee was good - we ended up walking down the road to the church grounds and sat in there to munch on our goodies before hitting some of the crystal shops and clothing boutiques. It makes for a good day out when you can good coffee, organic food and chilled out vibes meandering around the streets of Glastonbury!

So many great options for vegan, organic and non-ultra processed food. Yes it can be a little pricey but decent food costs a little more than mass produced factory food.

Just an all round awesome friendly place to pick up some food or some more rarer produce from something like expensive New Zealand made Honey to some organic seaweed or an apple for your lunch. Just wish their were more Earthfare around and about with their locally grown selection of stuff. Top Q.

Heres the ingredients to one of earthfares "healthy" wholefood pastys that cost nearly 4 pounds, E numbers, coulerings, preservatives, palm oil, rapeseed oil, m.s.g's, just all the good stuff really 👍

Earthfare is the hub of our community in Glastonbury. It is not only where we buy our food and natural remedies but it is also where we meet each other in passing. Often you will find profound conversations happening in the aisles or old friends seeing each other and sharing a moment of Love together. We trust in the ethical and conscious nature of trading and in the quality of the organic products offered. The staff are a wonderful team and always on hand to help or advise and generally a calm, gentle air of Peace and often great music. There is a lovely Deli also which is worth a visit in itself. As I use Earthfare instead of a supermarket, I use the Click and Collect Service which is a brilliant way of making shopping easeful and often one of the staff will kindly help with bringing boxes to the car. In store there is also a food donation space which enhances the feeling that Earthfare is truly there to serve the community. It is one of the first places I go to when I get back from being away and I know I have come home.
