Dropped stuff off today which I could of sold easily online for £300+ online, the member of staff did not even acknowledge me, too interested in gossiping! I know all about the 10 year prison sentence her relative got- not professional at all- I asked for my bag back and it was just chucked in a box, them shoes are probably worth half the price because of undue care and attention, will never donate again!
