AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!
2 middle aged overweight men behind the till are disgusting, rude human beings. Refused to take card payment to top up gas card, saying they didn’t accept card. However, we have paid by card multiple times to top our gas card up in this newsagents. When questioned, the 2 men became abusive to the point that they wanted to cause a fight. At this point we left the shop before things got physical. If you don’t want to be abused for asking a simple question use a different newsagents in the area. For reference, one of the men is on the picture attached

I am in Frosts on a regular basis and I have never once come across anyone being rude. The lady who works there I won’t publish her name, she has worked there for at least 15 years prob longer! She’s lovely, very friendly, chatty, helpful etc. The gentlemen who work there are all very friendly, helpful and lovely. I am in the shop several times a week and have been for a good 20 years when Gill used to own it. Always been a lovely shop. New owners have done a great job in extending the store to sell fresh, frozen foods, alcohol etc. Great shop five stars from a regular local customer and my family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner of this shop should not be allowed to be a pick up for Wish!! He is unhelpful abusive rude and because I knocked over a small lollipop stand he threw my parcel on the floor! Which was a ball light! Luckily enough it was more of a plastic material than glass.i will never choose this shop again he is disgraceful. He should be stopped as a pick up point!!!!

I would like to add that I have been for many parcels at frost's since and this gentleman has not been there and the other assistants are great so thanks for a good service

The other 2 guys that are there are very ok, but this 2 women's no

Called in to collect a parcel that dpd had left there. Terrible service. Person on till totally incompetent and unable to solve problems. Fault with barcode but because she didn't know what she was doing she wouldn't give us the parcel even though we had the card the driver had left and the email with the barcode on and ID. Her answer was to turn the machine on and off. Hopeless service. Hopefully your parcels won't get sent to this shop.

How this guy is still in business is a mystery and from reading the reviews, I'm not the only unfortunate person who's dealt with him and feels this. He's abusive!! Not rude, abusive. I'm no snowflake so for me to find him abusive, he's abusive. Go to any of the other newsagents close by that don't abuse their customers and give them your business. He doesn't deserve your money.
