I was deeply disappointed by the customer service during my recent visit. Despite entering with a smile and being polite, I was met with cold glares that made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming and even hostile.

I had intended to purchase a gift for my mum, as I’ve happily done at your store in the past. However, due to the poor treatment from the staff, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Happy with my purchase of hand soap wash. It smells lovely and lasts a long time. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of three home diffusers as the scent is hardly noticeable. Very expensive for a product that doesn’t work.

Eco friendly, natural high quality cosmetics and home fragrances. If you look for free from chemicals such as aluminium in your deodorant they have choice of absolutely wonderful scents, tested and 100% recommended.

The recommendation from staff and the product were not good. The smell was overpowering and not at all relaxing. It is very expensive, especially if you end up with something you can’t use. A tester wasn’t available but I would suggest to try it first if you can.
