The company where I work has trusted Dimensions to deal with the their uniforms.
I have called them 3 times and every single time a lovely lady (different lady each time) and it has been a real pleasure.
I was expecting someone not very kind to help but I was extremely surprised. I believe these ladies are working from home. I read some reviews of people saying that it was the worst place they have ever worked. Cannot believe that. At least for the customer service team.

I tried to order uniform for my staff but it has been so difficult so far now I’m doing this from past week first of all very rude staff , cut you off casually , no straight answers , I just don’t understand how post office has appointment this people to supply uniforms they are just not capable full stop very very rude unpleasant experience not buying it from them . And would advise all post masters same just boycott this people . Worthless acting like they are giving away uniforms for free
