Good place to do your shopping as it has a lot of stores such as Sainsbury’s, TK Maxx, boots, next and Curry’s PC world.

It also has small food chains such as subway, Costa.

Also plenty of free parking.

Better than Derbion in my opinion.

What a shocking nightmare, just popped into Kingsway Retail Park for a bit of Christmas shopping on a Monday afternoon and the carpark is gridlocked, I left my husband in the car while I popped to Smiths Toys, but after 30 minutes my husband hadn't joined me, he was still stuck in the gridlocked, bumper to bumper, everyone was getting angry, so I came out of Smiths without the items I went in for because I couldn't carry them. I just hope no body gets a parking ticket as it's just taken us another hour to get out this DAM CARPARK what a complete waste of my time. I will never come back here again.

Please allow for longer parking extend to 5 hours. Yes I have spent 5 hours here in the past! I normally avoid this play now due to the stupid 3 hour limit on parking.
Also

Please add another road in and out!
Seriously!

Someone needs to put traffic lights on that roundabout going onto the A38 that would alleviate congestion around there

Great retail park with various shops and stores to choose from. There is something for everyone to go to whether groceries, presents or browse. Car park is huge which is helpful and Sainsbury's petrol station if you are travelling. Lovely cafes such as Costa and subway and Sainsbury's own as well as more which I probably have forgotten.

Quite possibly the worse layout of a carpark I've ever seen. The small island that serves both the retail park and the supermarket is horrendous and backs up traffic into the car park. Took 10 mins to get in and 1.5hrs to exit the car park at the end. It's literally 300lm long ?

Great shops but getting out of the car park is a nightmare. Traffic does not move lucky if i get out within the 3 free hours of parking. I will avoid at all costs until the parking and access is sorted out.

Good choice of shops but not many people in them as they're all stuck on the car park queueing, worst car park system I've ever seen. Even getting to queue in the car park I had to queue from the main road. Favorite British passtime - queueing

Quite a nice gathering of mixed stores,
Very clean and tidy with seemingly ample parking spaces, Maybe a few more disabled spaces needed,but average all a pleasant shopping experience.
