We looked for a family car for a little while until we happened to stumble on PartXCentre. Katie was exceptional! She really did go the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted with our Peugeot 2008. MOT, serviced with new tyres, brake pads and discs before we drove it away. Even after Katie herself had to deal with some sad news away from work, she was so professional, caring and and nothing ever felt too much trouble to her. Lovely lady to deal with, lovely service and we will be sure to comeback when we purchase our next motor. Thank you Katie 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's not often you can say buying a second hand car is an enjoyable experience but Katie made it so. Wonderful little car, nicely presented at a fair price was a good start but fantastic customer service confirms the five stars - constant updates throughout the process and nothing appeared too much trouble.

We searched locally (Wiltshire) for the perfect used Lexus ct hybrid.

Nothing we could find locally met our specifications, or expectations by far. A couple horror shows later and at least one dealer two grown men were uncomfortable with later we looked further afield.

We extended the search parameters to nationwide. And we found a listing from PartXcentre. The car looked great on the photos and was accurately and fully described. Price was also great for the good condition of the vehicle.

We took the plunge and got in touch. The lady we spoke to, Katie, was brilliant from the start. Asked all the right questions about our car and the deal we were looking for and answered all the questions we had about the car for sale.

We agreed to make the 3 and a half hour journey up country the next day having been given excellent instructions on how to find the dealership once off the motorway.

We were welcomed to the dealership by Katie who was so friendly that we immediately felt relaxed.

The car was in excellent condition, Katie took us round the car pointing out any issues she was aware of and asking us to find any we could see as they would be fixed before collection. We were taken on a good test drive and asked what type of road and journeys we usually do and she tried to replicate them on the test drive. She noted a small noise on test drive and added to the list to be fixed before we collect.

Katie took our car on a quick spin and offered us the asking price for the part exchange which was the market expected figure. Which we were happy with. While she was away we were free to look the car over in as much detail as we wanted to.

Katie was very generous with her time spending as much time as she needed to to find us the right deal financially, and really knew her stuff. She clearly had great rapport with her finance contacts which helped us out no end. Nothing was too much trouble for Katie. The transaction was open honest and fair, and we were very happy with the whole process.

We collect the car a few days afterwards, which did mean another long journey. But, that meant Katie had time to do everything she wanted to do to the car, new MOT, a service at a LEXUS Specialist using Lexus parts. The paintwork attended to the wheel alloys tidied up and the small squeak from the brakes seen to. We were also given a good warranty.

This place is like gold dust for a customer to find cars which are honest, a dealer who is upfront and when they say we want you to be happy that’s not just words.

Their standards are head and shoulders above the others. I’ve seen a better way of business here than from main dealers when I’ve been buying new.

All in all. If Katie was 20 miles away we would never use another dealer for a second hand car ever again.

The fact that the dealership is 160 miles away actually wouldn’t stop me looking here first in the future or recommending family and friends to do the same. It’s well worth the drive. Can’t fault the business. Can’t fault Katie. Can’t fault the car. Can’t fault the buying process.

Avoid like grrrrrr clutch flat to the floor day 1! Happend again mast charged me 25 pound expense picked up from their garage aa the manifold sensor was not plugged in wow!! Katie u said Adam at the garage next door said the chaim was fine at 65k but less than 1k in 4 months ur helping me scrap it with charles trent wow 4250 .....974 mils 500 pound u had me off u and tim how can a chain slip when checked by Adam next door

Katie was excellent from the start agreeing to meet us after she had closed. The car was in excellent condition and Katie took us through everything we needed to know. She again met us for collection outside of normal working hours and made sure everything was as it should be. The service provided was absolutely outstanding and we would recommend her to anybody. Many thanks Katie for all of your help.
