Been using the store for over 8 years. Friendly staff and can have a good laugh with them. They are also very helpful when it comes to parcel drop off. Yes they can only accept so many due to space. Which I understand. Store is also very organised with a large car park. Which has been sorted recently to make it safe pedestrians.

Disgraceful service from a very rude lady. Messing around in the fridge, 3 times looked round and seen that I was waiting and completely ignored me. 1st and last time I'll visit this shop

Scammers. Ordered a vape and it does not work at all, broken and faulty. Owners are unable to sort this as they told me to bring it in to exchange. But that negates the whole purpose of having it delivered, if I was able to come in store to exchange I would have just came in store to buy. Very rude employees, and no help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Staff are rude and unhelpful in relation to parcel collections , travelled half an hour twice to collect it and firstly refused as didn't have ID in the name of the addressee so returned with my personal ID and still refused and then wanted both lots of ID in two different names.
There's no consistency in the staff, I've collected a parcel with just a bank card before hand.

This is my business in which I will be diverting all parcels to another collection point from now on

Good little shop not buggy friendly they have stock /items stack up round the shop make it trick to get past ,nice staff apart from the manager she has always been rude when iv asked her were things are.
One stop shop has silly delivery time so you could end up.goind down there just to wait half hour out side till there done or the manager locks you in ,witch happened to me and I missed an appointment because the manager didnt care about

Can't access shop during opening hours if they have a delivery, up to a 45 minute wait whilst they fill their shelves. Some staff very friendly, sadly one numbered by miserable one, which includes the female manager who ignores the customers. Don't shop there now!!!!
