Amazing customer service!!! I completed an order online, a short while later I realised I had forgotten to add an item. I contacted Riley’s and within minutes they responded. They happily added the item for me, I was invoiced via email and was told I would receive the items the next day. Riley’s always have a great selection of authentic Caribbean produce and items are always well packaged for delivery. I would highly recommend shopping here!

I done lots of research to find an online Caribbean food supplier that delivers to individuals. I couldn't have been happier with my experience! I was very impressed that I got a call the next day about one of the items I ordered having a short date. This was swapped with no problem. My delivery came well packaged (lots of glass bottles!) With long dates on everything.

I have been shopping in Riley’s since they opened. The aesthetics in both stores are fabulous , very clean & eye catching (amazing displays, with some beautiful artifacts & modern art).
Staff always helpful & attentive. With a wide range of items from the Tropical Islands & Africa. If there’s anything that they do not currently stock they will source and try to obtain it keeping you informed at the same time. From hair products to produce, it is my go to store!! 👏🏾🙌🏾

Excellent Carribbean store, well run, fantastic, varied and bountiful supplies, (this branch also has more on the hair and beauty side, which is bonus) extremely pleasant staff my first visit here, but I must say it didn't disappoint. I have visited the store in Luton and the same atmosphere (I must also add that in both stores the staff members were giving advice on products, what they were and how to use, also helping with the selection of the best products, be it fresh provisions, frozen or other goods). The store appears to be a bit larger than the Luton. That being said, if you want the pleasantaries, great service, fresh products, superb variety,ba wealth of knowledge and authenticity, I HIGHLY recommend both this and the Luton store.
