New TV to hang on our wall and found the Wall Kit was missing spacers. Went as a long shot and the gentleman had a spares bin full of parts. I selected four spacers from the many and asked how much.

What service. Nice display room of different flat panels to choose from. I have been in Teignmouth since 1985 and watched this business move with the times.

Highly recommended to those with no skills and those of us who do!

I’m not really one for writing reviews. But when you experience exceptional customer service, I felt the need to on this occasion. From the moment I walked into the showroom I experienced wonderful advice and customer service no hard sell just clear advice . After deciding on the appropriate TV I was given a great discounted price match . The after sales and installation by a member of the team has been exceptionally good. The TV was set up on its new stand and then he went through the installation procedure which most people find quite daunting. He then took the time to fully explain the controls and some of the apps etc, which left me able to enjoy the TV immediately.

We needed our 6month old smart TV re-setting up as we couldn’t previously understand how to work it properly. (Not bought through Vigars).
A friend had recently bought her new TV through them and recommended them to us.

I rang them last week, explained our problem and was quoted their standard call-out fee of £99, which had to be paid in advance. Within an hour someone (Peter) came to our home to fix the TV.

He spent plenty of time checking everything through first and then set about re-setting it up, explaining to us what he was doing and why.

Although at first I was concerned about the £99 initial call-out charge, in the end we’re delighted with the service provided and the care and professionalism given to us and to solving the problem.

I happily recommend Vigars to anyone needing service to their TV.

I bought a large Sony TV from Vigars earlier in the year and had the set up too. I've returned to buy another smaller set. They provide excellent service at unbeatable prices locally. So much better than the poor service you get at Currys and at higher prices.
