Right from the beginning when we approached them with the idea of importing a Suzuki Alto Works, through to their team sourcing an amazing example, being kept up to date with any progress and up to the seamless handover, it was an absolute pleasure being a Torque GT customer.

Caitlin provided us with all of the information we needed, answering any of our constant questions without fail and provided a great, personable service.

I had seen Torque GT online for years, and late 2024, I was finally in the position to look for an import. Yesterday, I picked up my GR86. If you want to import a car from Japan speak to these guys. They guided me through the whole process with ease, their attention to detail was amazing, plus they found me a spotless car! A special thanks to Caitlin who was extremely knowledgeable and always keen in responding to my barrage of emails. Also, thanks to Darren and Morgan for their efforts on hand-over day and to rest of the Torque GT team. It’s been a great experience, now the fun begins!

I found torque gt through google and after sending an enquiry across, paying the deposit the search was on! Handing money over to a company who I’ve never met or really spoke to was a tad scretchy…. TRUST THE PROCESS. I carried out several background checks, social media, company house records etc to put my mind at ease!!

The car…. Well Darren and the Japan team at torque gt did an incredible job by searching and sending me over 25 cars!!! And believe me if I said yes to a car and it didn’t meet their high standards they walked away from the car. The car I got is IMMACULATE underside and topside with some goodies onboard. Once in the uk the team carry out all the work and tailor the car to your requirements. You show up and collect the keys and drive away.

Couldn’t do a better job myself. Just TRUST THE PROCESS. It took me almost a year from start to finish.

I imported a 350z around a year ago using the personal import service offered by Torque GT.
The service from the team was fantastic from day one. From discussing my requirements, through the entire purchasing procedure and handling the shipping and registration. Communication was great throughout and Darren was a pleasure to deal with. It was the first car I've imported from Japan and Darren handled all of my questions and worries with a very personable and professional attitude.
The team really know their stuff and I was amazed at just how good the car was when I first got to see it.
We knew the car had a couple of small issues (rocker cover gaskets leaking being one of them) and the workshop handled the repairs without fault.
Ive just taken it back to them to have the mot done and the service from Caitlin was great too.
A great team that are clearly passionate about what they do!

We've just bought a Honda Accord Euro R from Torque GT, and Darren and the team have been fantastic. The amount of care they put in at every stage of the process, from sourcing the perfect car right through to the final checks, is exceptional. We also spent a good hour at Torque GT talking about Hondas before taking our car home, and would have happily stayed for longer if we hadn't had such a long journey ahead of us!

Having grown up a petrolhead on NFS underground and the Fast & Furious franchise, i'm nothing short of a huge 90's JDM fanboy. The iconic GTR badge was a lifelong goal to have in my ownership.

I cant thank Darren enough for all of his hard work though the meticulous process of finding me my R32 GTR. He made the process from start to finish very easy and the attention to detail when it came to finding the right car based on my requirements and their high standards was second to none.

Nearly two months into ownership and it still feels like a dream everytime i see the car and take it out.
