POOR QUALITY PHENOLIC BOARD
purchased 3 phenolic ply boards for a trailer £160
and after a few months the plastic cover split on 1 sheet in dead centre ,bearing in mind these haven't been driven over or used and had a cover over them as projects not finished yet...
raised this with timber store they took it unseriously just immaturely said it's happened cause its been cut ?or ill raise it with the seller or they couldn't find my order, just kept going with bul excuses
in short had to sort it out myself,

Can’t recommend enough, I’ve dealt with 3 separate members of staff in the yard and in the office, all so helpful and informative, really helped us get the right thing we needed for the job.
Ordered various things for our garden renovation and it’s all brilliant quality including pergola posts and timber, fencing and sleepers, will be returning in the future!:)

Outstanding service. The quality of timber I ordered over the phone was superb. The price was very fair too. The delivery was surprisingly fast ( the next day) which was very helpful to me. When it arrived the driver very kindly helped me unload it and get it off my drive. I was very very impressed with his willingness to help, with the quality of the timber and with the good price. I shall certainly be using this company again for my timber needs. They are streets ahead of all local competitors, even the big guys. Well done to the whole team. I look forward to more dealings with you in the future. Highly recommended.

Had some difficulty in getting Ronseal Garden Paint, in particular colours. Contacted Peter who was very helpful, and within a few days they were ready for me to collect.
Other outlets were reluctant to offer the same service.
