This store has recently seen great improvement. It’s had a big refresh and new management and volunteers. It looks so much fresher now - it is well presented and feels clean. The staff / volunteers are friendly.

I’m fuming will never return. My husband bought a remote control car here for our son and was told if it didn’t work to take it back and we would get a refund so when we got it home and it didn’t work we took it back. Was then told no can’t have a refund we have to exchange it but there was nothing there we liked so she gave us a voucher and was told we could only use it at this store and could use it when we do eventually find something. Finally saw some toys we could get then to be told we only had 14 days so the voucher isn’t valid now. We’ve basically lost £24 now as my 7 year old was promised the refund when his car didn’t work and we had to give him the money when we were refused the first refund. This lady was rude and abrupt too will never return
