Absolutely rude staff on the kiosk, it’s my local shop aswell they can’t be asked with entertaining customers needs and also I phoned to see if they have spare boxes ? as I am moving house and an Asian guy on the phone said we don’t have boxes our deliveries come in bags and put the phone down on me, disgusting customer service tbh wouldn’t ever go back their again.
