I love this local store! Since new owners took over, being two brothers, everything is always well stocked up, reasonable prices, and always a tidy store and very friendly and helpful service with a smile.
They always ensure to stock up with what you need or want! Excellent service and lots of choice. My favourite people ? And everybody in the area loves the Brothers for all their hard work at keeping customers happy!!!

I use this store all the time the guys who took it over are very friendly and always give my daughter a lollipop so she loves this store too.
They will go out of their way to get something for you if they don't have it and prices are reasonable so would highly recommend to anyone thanks guys!!!

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a £10 O2 credit receipt and was asked a number of times if it was for O2 to then realise I had been given a Vodafone top up. Returned to the store to query this and was told in an aggressive manner 'it was my fault'. This clearly was not my fault but I was refused service.

This was very clearly the mistake of the shop assistant otherwise why was I asked two or three times whether it was for O2 at point of sale

It was quite shocking how the attitude of the shop keeper changed from smiling and appearing to have a joke to all of a sudden aggressive and confrontational; completely out of character or is it a case of true colours showing?

I won't be returning, you have lost a customer of many years. Sort it out!

I visit this shop a lot for shopping, lottery and paypoint. The gentleman that serves is always cheery and makes it a nice shop to go to. It’s always well stocked and clean. I would definitely recommend it.
