I was pleasantly surprised by the care and support we received when we were considering making a purchase. The assistant was extremely helpful in opening boxes to enable us to view products. He also googled information which wasn't readily available. Overall I think that he was deciding factor for our purchasing the product that day.

Has some good bargains mainly TVs and electrical goods. Bought two toys at a very good discount, depends which days you go as to what might be there for you.

If you are after something specific please ring and go. Staff are good at answering phone calls. I visit at least 3 times a year. Always come back with huge discounted toys which come in handy for birthday parties. Lots of washing machines, dishwashers , fridge freezer integrated and free standing ones.

Staff here are excellent a guy helped us to choose a new tv he went through everything with us spending time to make sure we were happy with our purchase even sourcing a bracket for the tv.

Hi . I just want to say a big THANK TOU to mr John ( bold staff guy) , he helped today (21/11/2024 )my father in low to exchange his tv although he doesn’t speak English at all …
John was very kind to text me from my father’s phone and to clarify me the normal exchange policy and at the end to help me with the tv exchange !!

Great place for cheaper household goods from argos. Really good place to go for birthday or Christmas gifts for kids toys. There is always something different as I think they get ex argos/out of season things. The shop is fairly big and is never really busy, busy you can't move. There is parking outside with disabled parking available. The shop itself is also wheelchair friendly.

Brilliant shop. We had a faulty e-bike with a charging problem and they couldn't have been more helpful. Wish all shops were like this. Thanks Lynsey and Gary/Dave.
