The guy threatened to physically throw my 4ft 11, 73 yr old mother out of his shop. He said he was sick of 'her twisting'. She went in to pay her council tax bill... Regardless to whether she was twisting or not you do not threaten people who come to use your business. (wonder if you'd of done the same if it was a man?) These customers are the ones who keep you in business and before you say 'absolute twaddle' ask your self this.. are all these people wrong that say your customer service skills leave alot to be desired or could it possibly be you? You are nothing but an arrogant bully.
Oh and by the way while you were threatening to physically remove my mother she noticed a guy helping himself to some cans... So not only have you lost all of our families custom you were robbed too. ?

Well that's your side.. I do think you have her mixed up with someone else. She has never been banned from anywhere and only ever used your premises to pay her bills even though she had to purchase items she didn't want or need to be allowed to do so.
Like I said previously... we can't all be wrong

I only started to call in this shop to collect and send parcels. They have a very well planned quick system when collecting a parcel. Noticed in other shops it can take awhile.
This convenience shop is handy for your essentials and bait for work.
Very welcoming and approachable shop assistants. Thanks for a good customer service

Have to say the customer service is absolutely SHOCKING!! The OWNERS are rude and miserable. Also spreading UNTRUE rumours about people i know (WHOM WERE THEIR CUSTOMERS) TO THEIR OTHER CUSTOMERS attempting to cause unnecessary drama. Also lying to us about the gas machine being off because they are lazy and rude. How they are still in business I'll never know. Avoid this pathetic excuse for a corner shop at all costs. They don't deserve a single penny you give them.

Don’t bother visiting this store if you want good customer service if you go to use pay point and your not buying one of there overpriced products the owner (Male) whinges then claims the system is down why advertise a service and not let people use it unless they buy a product. AVOID and use other friendly local shops with a pay point service not this shower

Always apprehensive about using the shop for parcel drop off. Be sure to be fully familiarised with the evri printer to avoid get chewed a new backside from the female behind the counter
