Hi, I would like to pass on some words of gratitude from many of the Ukrainian people who were forced to leave their homes and seek refuge in the UK, Selby and surrounding area in particular. Big Store charity have been so supportive and caring, providing a central hub for all those trying to create some normality for their families whilst being far away from home. Every single word, hug and support with all the essentials have been received with deep gratitude and appreciation. Every family who are looked after by the team have been sharing words of warmth and gratitude in the community whilst being able to feel a bigger sense of belonging and security contributing into their effective integration into the culture and local community.
