Nice little town centre shop with a great range for such a compact little location. Usual Coop value and quality. Good system for controlling customer numbers and other measures in place to help keep customers safe. Also like the loyalty scheme that Coop operates as both the customer and community benefit

Absolutely disgraceful attitute of the stout red headed cashier today treating myself like I was a child infront of my daughter. So I go to purchase two bottles of wine and two energy drinks. As I have only two hands due to carrying the wine my daughter carried the energy drinks. Only for this rude fuller lady at the till to be rude and refuse to sell me the enrgy drinks. all because my daughter was carrying them. Then to add more insult she sarcastically shouts accross the store ........'BYE THEN' as we leave.

Totally unprofessional and if I were senior management they would be dismissed immediately. Never in my life have i had a shop worker speak to me in that manner. I'm 50, a company director and have to say am in shock. Co-op had best contact me regarding this as I will be taking it further.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always have good offers on and have a really excellent selection of products. Regularly a life safer too, for the extra something. I use this shop daily.
