Lovely little cafe/restaurant tucked away on the high Street. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Lots to choose from, all homemade and good value too. Service was friendly and quick. Everything we had was delicious, the cakes too! Would definitely recommend.

Popped in for lunch. Found the staff friendly and welcoming. I ordered a jacket potato with Chili con carne and a large flat white coffee. The chili was clearly home made and was tasty, the potato also came with a side salad with a tasty dressing. I dined inside and enjoyed the 1940's style music gently playing in the background. There is a small,covered courtyard or an outside area so plenty of choices of where to sit.
They have a really nice selection of homemade cakes,I had a slice of spiced apple cake which was very tasty indeed.
In terms of prices this cafe is a little cheaper than some of the others along Hythe High street.
I would revisit this cafe, I saw other food coming out,it all looked well presented.

There are lots of places to eat along Hythe High Street, and this one was the busiest. That alone tells you something. A big array of freshly baked cakes and goodies and an extensive menu to choose from. I had a bacon bap today, and there sure was plenty of good bacon in there. A pot of tea for one gets you two large cups, so great value there. I had a coffee last time and that was very good. As was the homemade scone! Lots of seating, indoors and out (some of the outside under shelter), lovely staff and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Truly fantastic experience. Food superb. They make all of the fantastic cakes and scones. The breakfast is of a very high standard. Staff so very friendly and helpful. And the tea cosy is the icing on the cake.

Lovely welcome. Service quick and helpful. Lots of smiles from staff to lift your spirits and the cheese scones are amazing! They have a little bit of mustard in that 😋 makes them really cheesy 🧀. Lovely pot of tea with cosy to keep it warm. Good value for money 💰 and we even got a buscuit with the drinks!

Lovely coffee shop / cafe with lots of seats inside and great outside tables. Small cafe with good menu lost of choices of breakfasts main meals, and sides, cakes and great tea and drinks.
I had a lovely chunky vegetable and bacon soup which was very nice. Great salads and helpful staff. Would recommend and it's good value

As a Chef who has never eaten out on Christmas Day I was slightly apprehensive to be taken out on the big day for Christmas lunch at Truly Scrumptious by my parents,
What a fantastic atmosphere, welcoming and friendly staff and most of all first class food, I will be certainly going again !

First time visitor and so glad we stopped. Pot of tea for two, coffee & walnut cake and a fruit cake. Both cakes moist and delicious. Wish we lived nearer !!
